How We Work: We strive to make your life easier by providing you with an easy online service request form, to contact us for an appointment. You can request either a same day appointment or schedule for a time and date that is convenient for you.

Once your appointment is scheduled, we will call or text you to confirm.  The name of the Service Provider and the time and date will be provided.

Your In-Home/Office Appointment:  Upon the arrival of our Service Provider, he will address you by name and confirm that you have a scheduled appointment with him for the nature of his visit. He will be in Company uniform with an identification badge or card. After he evaluates your service project, he will provide you with a written estimate of the problem, time required to complete the job and pricing. Once you agree to the written terms and pricing, he will begin working to complete the project in a timely, professional and precise manner.

PAYMENT: Payment is expected at the completion of work unless other arrangements have been made with the local business office. For your convenience, you can pay by various methods; check, credit card or direct billing (commercial accounts only are direct billed). 

Work Guarantee: Our Team of Service Providers take their jobs seriously and we take your business seriously. Therefore, should there be a problem with any of our work, please contact us immediately so we may address and correct the situation. We will always contact you after your service to see if you are satisfied with our service.
